Manage Booking Hub

Objective

The end to end flow booking to checking in to a flight was disconnected for various reasons but with the idea to bring the 2 together for a seamless feel, this would bring forth more confidence to the end users, provide one place for managing their flights, and obtain current and new features.

Goal Setting

On the back end, the task of combining the two flows was be a bit more complicated. Bringing in the development team and product owners proved beneficial to get confirmation of whats need on the interface to allow user to complete tasks. The previous view provided elements to provide basic tasks but lacked room for growth.

Configurations and Implementation

The flight management hub consists of various flows and configurations that allow customers to use a wide array of features in different scenarios. The layout is consistent due to constraints but the new design consists of new features, a usability overhaul and increased learnability.
